Texas' Energy Future: Clean Power and Green Jobs
A Conference of the Alliance for Clean Texas

The Alliance for Clean Texas is hosting a conference on Clean Power and Green Jobs February 18th and 19th at the Texas Capitol.  Speakers will include Van Jones, Director of Green for All,  Tom Werner, CEO of SunPower and Roger Efird, President of Suntech American.

COAL BLOCK - Campaign for a Coal Moratorium

Over a dozen Texas environmental groups hosted a coal moratorium conference in Houston, February 27th and 28th that coincided with the industry sponsored America's Energy Future Forum.  Organizers brought in twelve experts from across the country who have been fighting Big Coal where they live. They provided compelling evidence of Coal's injury to our health and environment.
